The client, a leading High-tech Manufacturer in the USA, wanted to convert their existing SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA to enhance their operational efficiencies and capabilities. After a thorough analysis of the client’s requirements through multiple interactive sessions, the SAP S/4HANA System Conversion project for the client’s SAP ECC 6.0 system was executed.
The client’s SAP ECC 6.0 (Enhancement Pack 7) system was converted to SAP S/4HANA 1709 in a two-phase manner by following the Lift and Shift Methodology along with comprehensive Fit-Gap Analysis. Testing, training, and hyper care support were included to ensure the stable functioning of the SAP S/4HANA system.
